Description

Thin fibers housed within a flexible tube made of high-strength plastic, filled with a water-resistant compound.

In the core sits a Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), a non-metallic strength component. Tubes and fillers are ar-

ranged around this core to form a tight, circular structure. To prevent water ingress, the cable core is filled with

protective gel. Kevlar yarn surrounds the cable core, serving as a reinforcing strength member. Finally, the cable

is enclosed with a PE sheath for overall protection.
